We are aware that some customers did have trouble accessing our website and mobile App. barking Buzz over the weekend.
This was entirely due to the very large number of people accessing both applications to see the Laurels final in Cork causing an overload on the system resources.
We do apologise for any spoiling of your enjoyment of the event caused by these problems.
We are working with our third party suppliers to significantly increase the capacity available and we hope to have this work completed as soon as possible.
