Pat Norris would have been pleased with how his two potential English Derby challengers Run Bolt and Im To Blame trialled on Tuesday evening at Towcester.

Run Bolt actually set the standard with a 29.45 return despite posting a moderate 4.30sec into the turn. Im To Blame, despite his inexperience, recorded a useful 29.67 off a 4.26 sectional.
