What additional features are available in the new Barking Buzz?

Over the past two years, Greyhound Racing Ireland has actively listened to customer feedback and worked closely with an internal team to bring that input to life. The result is a fully redesigned platform that offers a cleaner, smarter, and more user-friendly experience for all users.


We have introduced "Racelab", to deliver tips based on real-time stats and data, helping you make more informed decisions.


Our improved Customer Centre now includes a dedicated preference centre with added care features, access to your full transaction history, and the option to generate monthly statements.


And thanks to your feedback, you can now watch multiple races simultaneously on desktop or laptop. (However, please note that video quality may vary depending on your Wi-Fi connection speed.)

How do I login with my old account details?

From the login screen select "Access Legacy Account"

You will be prompted to confirm your email address.

  • If your KYC documentation is already on file and up to date, you will automatically receive a new password via email. You can then use your email and the new password to access the upgraded platform.
  • If your KYC documents are incomplete or out of date, you will receive a request to submit the necessary documentation to the Barking Buzz Customer Care Team.

  • You may receive a KYC documentation request if this is already on file and up to date you can ignore. You will then receive an email to update your password

    Going forward, all customers will log in using their email address and the newly issued password.

How can I update my email address for a legacy account?

We are aware that some Barking Buzz customers are experiencing issues accessing their accounts due to outdated email addresses used during registration on our old site. Here’s what you need to know:

When logging in with your legacy username and password, you will be prompted to enter or confirm your email address.

You can update your email at this stage, it does not need to match the one used in the old system. If your email has changed, please make sure to enter your current, active email when prompted.

Please Note: If the wrong email address is entered and confirmed, we currently cannot edit it manually. However, we are working on a solution to resolve this. If you are experiencing difficulties or need assistance, please contact our customer care team.
