It won’t come as much of a surprise that Tuono Charlie has been introduced as the odds-on favourite to continue his winning ways in the final of the Corn Cuchulainn at Shelbourne Park on Saturday night.
The Sharon Hunt trained star has been untouchable since stepping up to six bends and Boylesports have put him in as short as 4-9 to capture the classic. Droopys Comrade also remains unbeaten in the classic and he is next in at 5-1. Ballyhooly Tejay ran a huge race behind Tuono Charlie in the semis and is just 6-1 to come out on top.
Velvet Jenny is expected to go up fast on the inside of the track and is available at 8-1, while Hanover Phantom is 12-1 to go one spot better than last year. Neon Lights has been running well but is the rank outsider of the field at 16-1.
