DARING Oreo (Callaway Pro Am-Daring Miggie) delivered a most impressive winning performance in the opening semi-final of the €2,500 to the winner Slaneyside Kennels Solutions A1 Stake at Kilcohan Park on Saturday night.

The 7-4 market leader, for Stephanie Maguire and Michael Kennedy, produced a decent start from trap four, and the classy performer drove a brave opening corner to lead around from both Cosy Tiger and Any Means. Displaying huge gears on the back straight, it was soon game over. Staying on well up front, it was a 28.55 winning performance, five and a half lengths clear of Sparta Calli. A head back to Cosy Tiger in third place.

In the second semi-final, Same Oul Town (Dromana Bucko-Tory Aria) impressed when winning for the kennel of Ken O'Neill. Breaking well from four, the 5-1 shot just had enough early speed to slip around in front. Powering down the back straight, the smart winner went on to beat Lucky Mover, by five lengths, in 28.60. A length and a half back to Garren Delta in third.

In the €1,000 to the winner GoGreyhoundRacing.Ie ON2/ON3 Stake final, Tassie Trump (The Other Kobe-Tassie Princess) came home in front for George Roche. The 6-4 second favourite took a flyer from trap four, moving inwards early, the March '24 whelp flew around the opening corners in control. The outcome was never in doubt up front, as the exciting prospect went on to win easily, in 28.55. 10 lengths back to Fagans Bianco in second place.
