The opening round of the €10,000 to the winner T Nolan C.V.R.T Centre Juvenile Classic gets underway at the Kingdom Greyhound Stadium tonight and it promises to be another wonderful competition.
In the opening heat, Singalong Curly, trained by Pat Buckley for Gilbert Anderson, looks sure to go well. The September puppy clocked 28.69 last time
and the daughter of Ballymac Cashout and Singalong Sally should be in the mix throughout.
The Ballymac pair of Ralf and Duffle are others that should feature prominently.
Dowling can strike in the second heat with Ballymac Deniro. The May son of Ballymac Finn and Ballymac Arminta clocked a sensational 17.30 on his most recent trial and he’s a huge player on that running.
Silent Noelle, for Tom Nolan Paul Mullins and Blackstone Lexus for trainer Michael O’Donovan are others that stand out in this.
In the third and final heat, Grouchos Jack, trained by Pat Buckley for owners Ken O’Connell and Billy Thompson, gets the vote. The August son of Glengar Bale and Ruffian Rose clocked 28.45 last time out and that run makes him a leading player.
The Robert Glesson trained Carrick Becks and the John Linehan trained Montana Secret should also run well.
