KILKENNY BRACING ITSELF FOR MASSIVE NIGHT

Kilkenny is bracing itself for a massive night this Friday with three finals down for decision including the historic €15,000 Deadly Kennels McCalmont Cup.

There’s a wonderful line up for the feature with those connected to the six finalists all entitled to feel confident about their chances of landing the €7,000 winner’s purse.

The Tom Browne Memorial A3 final is also an open looking affair. The other final is that of the Friends of Kilkenny Track A2 where Kilgraney North and Mission Control are likely to feature prominently. the Friday card will also act as a fundraiser for Threecastles GAA Club.

ENRIES SOUGHT

Entries are invited for the Georgie Leahy Memorial A3/A4 525 which commences on Friday, March 27th. It is for 36  greyhounds (B’graders Allowed) and boasts a winner’s prize of €2,500.

TRIALS SESSIONS AHEAD OF CHAMPION UNRACED  

In advance of the €32,000 Kilkenny Track Champion Open Unraced, which begins on Friday, April 3rd, there will be an unofficial trial session on Friday, March 27th between 4.30 and 5.15pm.

Soon after, there will be an official trial session from 5.30 to 6pm.

The unofficial trial session is only for unraced puppies that are intending runners in the Champion Unraced. Bookings can be made to 056 7721214.
