We are delighted to share that the next-generation Barking Buzz platform is now live across Web, Apple iOS, (with Google Play Store to follow).

Enjoy a brighter design, faster performance, smarter betting tools with RaceLab, and easier navigation based on your feedback.

Important Information for Legacy Customers

For legacy Barking Buzz customers, once you log in to the new site, you will be prompted to confirm your email address.

***If your KYC documentation is already on file and up to date, you will automatically receive a new password via email. You can then use your email and the new password to access the upgraded platform.

***If your KYC documents are incomplete or out of date, you will receive a request to submit the necessary documentation to the Barking Buzz Customer Care Team.

Going forward, all customers will log in using their email address and the newly issued password.
