144-STRONG ENTRY FOR TIME CLUB GRADERS DERBY

This weekend’s action at Limerick Greyhound Stadium will be dominated by the TIME Club Graders Derby A4 525.

The €20,000-to-the-winner event, kindly sponsored by Willie Rigney, has attracted a massive entry of 144 runners.

Based on recent years, this competition has proven to be an excellent addition to the Irish racing calendar, offering the ‘ordinary’ tracker a genuine opportunity to land a significant prize. The opening round heats are set to take place across both Friday and Saturday night this weekend, with three greyhounds qualifying from each heat.

Last year’s winner, Maid Of Iron, returns in heat 8. She will line up from trap 1 for owner Neily Jones as she bids to defend her crown.
