BALLYMAC PATRIOT LANDS A NARROW VOTE IN JUVENILE CLASSIC DECIDER

BALLYMAC PATRIOT lands a narrow vote in the €11,000 to the winner Juvenile Classic Final at the Kingdom Greyhound Stadium tonight.

Liam Dowling's June puppy has won his last two, clocking 28.22 and 28.21. The son of Ballymac Cashout has really impressed in recent weeks and with another quick start expected, he should turn very handy around the opening corners. In doing so, it should then take a big performance to deny the exciting selection.

ONE TO WATCH
All eyes will be on Coolavanny Otto, who is trained by Pat Buckley for James and Nathan Corden. The May puppy was a sensational winner on debut, clocking 28.04. A son of Droopys Sydney, he has massive speed, however, he lacks a yard of early dash, which could get him in trouble early. Drawn next to the rails will help and he's a huge player in this feature final. Whatever happens tonight, he is one to watch out for in all the major events in the months ahead.

HUGE EARLY SPEED
Of the others, Kerogue Lady has incredible early speed and she will most likely slip around in front for trainer Patrick O'Connor. Owned by Ashleigh and Elaine McManus, the June daughter of Droopys Sydney will need to improve on the clock, however, with the early pace, she cannot be ruled out in this and another big performance is on the cards.
