NO STOPPING INNISKENN PENNY AROUND THE SEASIDE VENUE

INNISKEEN PENNY delivered the performance of the night in Youghal on Wednesday night as the Jake Faul trained runner clocked 29.40 on a slow running surface.
The well backed 5-4 favourite took up the running before the opening corner and in truth, the outcome was never in any doubt. Such a strong and powerful performer, the classy lady displayed bundles of pace up front and she took the feature A1 contest in fantastic style. Penny has now won her last six around the seaside venue and she beat Deelish Tyson, by four lengths. Caelan is a big part of the Kevin McLean training operation and Caelan had his first ever runner with Nellie Buckets last night. Best of luck going forward, Caelan.

Elsewhere, Slaneyside Ned impressed in the second of the night as the June son of Ballymac Wild and Slaneyside Kerri recorded back to back winning performances. Hitting the front at the opening corners, the 4-5 favourite galloped strongly to a wide margin success, clocking 29.82.
