There’s a rare low-key Saturday card at Shelbourne Park this evening yet there is still plenty of quality racing to look forward to including two stake finals.

After impressing in each of hi last two starts, Rolo Genie will be favourite to emerge on top in the final of the grireland.ie A1. Barry Clancy’s speedster has a perfect draw on the fence and really does look the most likely pace-setter. Say You Will can attempt to match him early but Rolo Genie can get off the front to make all in the €2,000 to the winner contest.

MUTTS TO TAKE IT TO THE MAX

The inside of the track is again the place to be in the final of the www.irgt.ie A0 NB 525 with Jerivee De Meg and Mutts Maximus expected to race prominently from the outset.

The pair line-up side by side in one and two and much will depend on which gets to the turn first.

Mutts Maximus has been in superb form in recent weeks and is just chosen ahead of his rival but it could be quite a battle. Should the get in each other’s way, there is a chance Folkscourt Cody could get involved from an ideal draw in the stripes.
