This evening’s instalment of the Irish Focus on sisracing.tv is as packed as any before with brilliant racing from a number of tracks including Kilkenny, Shelbourne Park, Tralee, Dundalk, Curraheen Park and Clonmel.
We start at Kilkenny, highlighting the run of Sober Barry in the valuable Open 525 as the new grandstand at the St James Road venue was officially opened. It’s then onto Tralee where there were two massive runs in the semi-finals of the Lee Strand 550.
We take in the action from Friday and Saturday at Shelbourne Park. Friday’s card included a brilliant last grasp success from Droopys Scampi in the valuable 1XBET Islandbridge Open Sprint, while we stake at Shelbourne to bring you the best of Saturday’s action, including the fastest opening round winner in the Summer Cup and each of the heats of the Sporting Press Irish Oaks. These include the sensational performance of Ballymac Kamala.
It’s then onto Curraheen Park in Cork to bring you the semi-finals of the Two Wheel Training Open 750 and the fastest winner in the opening round of the Denis Linehan Solicitors Open Unraced.
We simply had to bring you a couple of massive debut runs from Dundalk on Saturday night with litter brothers Magical Jason and Magical Marty sending out a warning that they could be special in the semi-finals of the Bar 1 Betting ON1 400.
Last, but certainly not least, we head to Clonmel on Sunday to reflect on the superb display of Berlin Trilogy as he captured the National Produce Stakes, while also bringing you one of the feature runs on the undercard.
It really was a wonderful few days in Irish greyhound racing. The Irish Focus will go live at 6pm so head over to https://www.sisracing.tv/tag/irish/.
